These terms govern your use of darkreddesigns.com and the services provided by Dark Red Designs, operated by Nick Holmes in Melbourne, Australia. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Services

Dark Red Designs provides custom 3D printing services. Pricing is quote-based and depends on the size, material, complexity, and quantity of the parts requested.

Quote Process

Submitting a quote request through this website is non-binding. It does not commit you to purchasing, and it does not commit Dark Red Designs to fulfilling the order. A final price will be confirmed with you before any work begins, and no payment is required until both parties agree to proceed.

Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to your designs and files. Dark Red Designs does not claim any ownership of files you upload. Your files are used solely to produce the parts you have requested and are not shared with anyone else.

File Uploads

The following file types are accepted: STL, 3MF, OBJ, STEP, PNG, JPG, and PDF. The maximum file size is 20 MB per file, with a limit of 5 files per quote request.

All uploaded files are automatically validated for safety. Files that fail validation are quarantined and will not be processed. Dark Red Designs reserves the right to reject any upload for any reason.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed on a per-order basis after a quote has been accepted. Specific payment methods and timing will be discussed when confirming your order.

Quality and Liability

Dark Red Designs makes every effort to produce high-quality prints that match your specifications. However, 3D printing is an inherently variable process, and minor imperfections may occur.

• No warranty is provided on the suitability of a design for a particular purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure your design is fit for its intended use.
• Dark Red Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of printed parts.
• If a print has a significant defect caused by the printing process (not the design), I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a reprint.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
